The Description Panel Toolbar provides shortcuts to frequently used Main Menu selection.

Full Expand |
Expands the entire treeview inside the description viewer so that all attributes are displayed. | |

Collapses the entire treeview inside the description viewer so that all attributes are hidden. | |

Create New Model/Deposit |
Creates a new mineralisation model or instance. | |

Add Attribute |
Opens the "Add Attribute" panel to add a new attribute to the selected entity. | |

Delete Attribute |
Deletes the selected attribute. | |

Search/Edit Mode |
When checked, the treeview is in search mode, in which the user can search for items inside the treeview, but cannot modify the descriptions for the mineralisation models/deposits. Clicking on the button changes the system to Edit Mode (and a pen is displayed on the button). It then becomes possible to edit certain values. Values which influence the underlying structure of the knowledge base may not be edited. These can be changed only by deleting them, and entering the correct values. | |

Copy Node |
Copies the selected attribute value item (row). | |

Paste Node |
Pastes the copied attribute value item. | |
|
Refresh |
Refreshes the treeview inside the description viewer. | |
|
Commit Changes |
Permanently saves the changes made to the descriptions of the mineralisation models/deposits. This button should be regularly clicked in order not to lose changes should the power or the system go down. | |
|
Show Grid |
Gridlines will be drawn within the treeview. |
